Eligible Return

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Request

Contact our customer support to request a return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement

Refunds

Approved prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
